Hi! I’m Aditi. I’m a modern Southern voice translating the intersection between millennial life culture, community, and politics.
Having served citywide as a historic term as councilwoman in Columbia South Carolina, I bring a rare but valuable perspective shaped by real governing experience, not party machinery or establishment politics. I have a deep connection to the people and communities I work with.
What do I do professionally?
I have my PhD in health behavior. I help communities become healthier and more vibrant by providing bold solutions and ideas that address the root causes of the problems we see — whether it’s within an organization, system, or community. I come from a research and data background which makes it easy for me to translate hard concepts to be more easily understood.
What are some things I like to talk about?
National, state, and local politics
Millennial & genz culture
How policy affects working families
Navigating political spaces as a woman
What political insiders get wrong about South Carolina politics

The science of hope
Pragmatism in politics
Leading with substance and style, unapologetically
